As a Lead Teacher, you’ll build a thriving Montessori environment by:
Core Duties
Islamic Montessori Integration
🔹 Prepare daily lessons across PL, Sensorial, Language, Math, Culture
Weave Arabic/Quranic vocabulary into materials & Teaching resource
🔹 Observe & document each child’s progress
Include Islamic character development milestones (e.g., honesty/Amanah/patience/Sabr)
🔹 Maintain a clean, safe, inviting classroom
Design & Implement Shariyat-inspired practical life Learning experiencesÂ
🔹 Guide Assistant Teachers with mentorship
Model Husnul Adab / Akhlaaq (manners) in team interactions
🔹 Partner with parents through meetings & reports
Host monthly “Deeni Growth” parent inclusive plansÂ

Required:
Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
2+ years teaching ages 3-6 (Montessori experience ideal)
Physical ability to interact with children at floor-level
Highly Valued:
AMI/AMS certification (or willingness to certify)
Basic Arabic proficiency (to teach alphabet/duas)
Understanding of Islamic child development principles
